Swinging, swinging...

Today we went down to the local park with a couple friends. Ella had a great time.

One month later!

It has been such a big month around here. Ten months is a fantastic age for little E. She is swinging on swings, dancing to music, feeding herself, taking off to crawl quickly out open doors, and making her parents smile all day long. With the return of the longer naps, Ella has been her playful, curious, adventurous self. Here are a number of recent photos...

Three teeth in three weeks!

So Ella's got two teeth growing on the bottom and another popping out up top, which is certainly causing a bit of discomfort and a little fragility... but all in all, she's been a real champ. I finally caught them on film!

A family-filled weekend

We had a wonderful weekend down on Long Island to celebrate both Easter and Grandma Sue's birthday! It was great to get to catch up with everyone - especially Aunt Cassidy, Uncle David and Great Grandmother, whom we had not seen in a while! Ella was crawling all over and having a great time charming the crowd - and walking all over the house - with assistance, of course!

Here Ella is on her first whalewatch on a catamaran in Hawaii, then sleeping in her carseat (with that classic relaxed pose) and finally, on a walk in Big Trees park in Calaveras county, CA! Back in the snow!?
